Gaurav Saini is a co-founder and Director of The Lucent IAS Academy, an organization active in civil service preparation. He is a well known UPSC Educator, mentor and Motivational speaker. He has as over 10 years of rich experience in Counselling, guiding and helping students assess their skills, interests, values, and personality to make informed decisions about their career path. Many of his students have consistently scored top ranks and performed well in Civil Services. He has done Btech from MD University, Rohtak in Electrical & Electronics engineering. He also worked for two years in school. He has faced an UPSC interview and is currently teaching and guiding students for civil services examination for over the last 10 years.
He helping students manage stress, especially when it comes to academic pressure, career decisions and provide guidance, emotional support, and practical strategies to help students cope with stress and personal challenges.

Mr. Vineet Sharma is a renowned faculty, a motivational speaker and career counselor who has been guiding the students for more than 10 years in different fields to shape & nurture their career. He has done Btech from NIT Srinagar in Electrical engineering, worked for two years at Tata Motors, given two interviews of IAS exam and is currently teaching students for civil services examination for over the last 10 years.

Munmun Goyal

Munmun is a distinguished legal professional in India, renowned for her contributions to both legal practice and academia. She is a mains answer writing and essay writing expert and many students have cleared UPSC Exams under her guidance. Born and educated in Haryana and Delhi, she holds a B.Com from Delhi University and an LLB from HNB Garhwal University. As a leading litigation advocate, she has been practicing in the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and Gurugram District Court since 2012, specializing in civil, criminal, and matrimonial matters.
