Ganesh Damodar Savarkar was born on 13 June 1879. He was an important fighter of the Indian freedom struggle. He was the elder brother of Swatantraveer Savarkar. He is popularly known as ‘Babarao Savarkar’.

गणेश दामोदर सावरकर का जन्म 13 जून 1879 को हुआ था। वे भारतीय स्वतंत्रता संग्राम के एक महत्वपूर्ण सेनानी थे। वे स्वतंत्र्यवीर सावरकर के बड़े भाई थे। वे ‘बाबाराव सावरकर‘ नाम से उपाख्य हैं।
